Call for Sponsors – BarCampRapperswil

For a little while I am playing with the idea to organize the next BarCamp at my university in Rapperswil. Venue is perfect, 2 minutes from the train station, 35 minutes from Zurich HB by train. And the location is perfect. Plenty of rooms do discuss, analyze and develop ideas. There is the beautiful city of Rapperswil with lots of restaurants, bars and of the course the Lake of Zurich.
The university would be willing to offer/sponsor the rooms. So next thing are some sponsors for drinks, food, maybe t-shirts and so on. But for this I need your help.

Do you know any company that would like to sponsor BarCampRapperswil with 200-300 CHF? That is not a lot and the company gets back much. You will be featured on the website as sponsors, you might be on the t-shirts, on information sheets and of course you can be an active participant at the BarCamp.

Details:
We are looking for 5-10 sponsors for 200 to 300 CHF each (best case: 3000 CHF, t-shirts and drinks, apero; worst case: 1000 CHF: drinks and some apero). Of course the more the better. But if we only can get 1000 CHF this is going to be the most “back-to-the-roots BarCamp” ever . Fun for sure!
The current event date is set to 23rd or 30st of October (exactly three years after BarCampZurich, yay!).
