Friendly Reminder: BarCampLausanne This Weekend

September 29, 2007 (Saturday), 9:00h – 18:30h (registration starts at 8:30 at Satellite)

This is just a little and friendly reminder: On Saturday 29th 2007, the first BarCamp in Lausanne will happen. Currently there are around 65 person registered and participating. We have confirmed friends from many Cantons in Switzerland and even friends from France and Great Britain.
If you have time – or better make time – attend and breath some BarCamp love at the EPFL in Lausanne. And if you are unsure, just take a look at the Un-agenda. Again the topics are very different and you sure will find something that you are interested in.

If you attend and want to have dinner with some BarCampers, please write your name on the dinner list.

Once the sessions have ended, we will all regroup in Satellite for a closing session and an “apéro” offered by the boys at Electron Libre. Barcampers will then have the choice of remaining on the EPFL campus (and starving, or living on beer, as there aren’t many options for food in the evening down there), or heading back into town for a proper meal.

We will pre-book a certain number of seats in given restaurants (in groups of 6-10), but for that, we need to have an idea of the approximate number of people who are planning to eat in town. Please put your name on the list if you will be eating out in Lausanne:

And the final notice: If you can spare a place to sleep please add your name to that list as well!
